We offer a 5-day exchange policy for size misfits. Exchanges are also applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange. This helps us verify the product condition at the time of delivery.

All exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Email us at Care@kaverivedasaree.com with your order number, reason for request, and attach the unboxing video.
Approval Process
Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will share further instructions.
Shipping
For approved cases, we will arrange return pickup or guide you through the shipping process. Please ensure the product is securely packed.
Refund Process

Refunds are applicable only for approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Notes
Order Verification (COD Orders)
Cash on Delivery orders require a 1-day verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch, which may slightly delay shipping compared to prepaid orders.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
